China Gets OnePlus 6T in Thunder Purple

Now, new reports are suggest that OnePlus will be releasing the phone in one additional colour: Thunder Purple.

When OnePlus officially announced the OnePlus 6T, its newest flagship smartphone, the company did so with two color variants ready out of the gate: Midnight Black and Mirror Black. Unfortunately, there's no news on whether the colour variant will be coming to our shores.

The tweets from Agarwal feature different image renders of the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple variant with a gradient look.

OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple variant could be launched soon, according to tipster Ishan Agarwal.

Its predecessor, OnePlus 6 is available in four colour variants including white and red.

Further, the colour variant appears locked to the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option, which starts at $769 CAD. It is a bit narrower, a bit thicker, and a bit taller than the OnePlus 6, in case you're wondering.

For photography, OnePlus 6T sports dual 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel rear cameras with f/1.7 aperture and dual LED flash.

The OnePlus 6T boasts an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 3,700mAh battery and runs Android Pie out of the box. Up front, there's a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus. However, you can also buy the OnePlus 6T from T-Mobile. It also comes with face unlock for security.
