Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are enjoying their life as newlyweds!

It's been a month since the 29-year-old actor married Miley Cyrus, and he is still reeling from their intimate and special wedding day.

At the G'Day USA Gala in Los Angeles, California on January 26, 2019, Liam was honored for his work and chose to give his new wife a shout out filled with so much love. "I feel very fortunate". "Thank you to my attractive wife", Hemsworth said onstage, as the audience loudly cheered.

"I'm so lucky to have such great people behind me, you know, and I don't take it for granted", Liam began his speech. She framed her face showing how proud she is that she's Liam's wife!

Accepting an honour for his contribution to Hollywood film, The Hunger Games heartthrob publicly thanked Miley, 26, from the podium, describing her as "a sweet, sweet angel".

"I was just saying, I get embarrassed I get awards for acting because I already feel so privileged to do something that I love so much", he explained. Hemsworth's adorable words prompted Cyrus to shout back, "More about me!" to which her husband replied, "Yeah, I'll tell you later".

So while the pair didn't walk the red carpet together, the songstress did share a shot from their date night to her Instagram!

The lovebirds confirmed they Wednesday in an intimate ceremony when sharing photos of the special day in December.
