While performing a stand-up set in New Jersey earlier this week, SNL star Pete Davidson asked security to remove an audience member from the show after he heckled the comedian with a crack about Mac Miller.

The "Saturday Night Live" funnyman was performing at the South Orange Performing Arts Center in New Jersey on Monday night when he began the set up for a joke by saying, "So a amusing thing happened to me recently in my apartment ... my friend died of a heart attack".

His story was rudely interrupted by a man in the audience who yelled out 'Mac Miller?'

As you know, Mac previously dated Ariana Grande before she moved on and later got engaged to Pete.

In October, just two months after Miller's tragic death, Grande and Davidson called it quits.

"So a amusing thing happened to me recently in my apartment... my friend died of a heart attack", Davidson began before the crowd member shouted "Mac Miller!".

Davidson then threatened to leave the venue if the heckler wasn't removed.

"Oh Jesus Christ, who's that guy, we're getting him out, ' calling the heckler a 'f***face" in disgust over his joke about Miller, who died at 26 last September from a drug overdose. The guy was then promptly tossed out as Pete cursed at him for ruining both his and the rest of his fans' evening with the terrible remark. "I'll leave, so if you want the show to continue, call out the person who did it".

"I hope you're proud of yourself". In his set, Davdison said of Bieber, 'Just this past year, Justin got arrested for drag racing - unfortunately, it wasn't with Paul Walker'.

Davidson, for his part, remained relatively calm throughout the removal process, explaining to the crowd, "I'll wait".

"Make sure he gets his money back, too", he said.
