$625 Million Powerball Jackpot Up for Grabs

While no one won the Powerball jackpot from Saturday night's drawing there are still eight big winners in New Jersey. The cash prize is an estimated $465.5 million. That marked the fourth largest in the game's history.

Saturday night's Powerball drawing was worth almost 639-million dollars.

According to a press release, the ticket was sold at the Lowell Mini Mart on McAdenville Road in Lowell and matched all five white balls drawn.

Now, it will continue to grow. The latest Powerball jackpot is worth $625 million with a cash option of $380.6 million. It was the seventh-largest jackpot in US lottery history.

Experts say the odds of winning the Powerball are one in 292 million.

And there are other ways to win. You'll win $7 if you either match three out of five of the white balls OR you match two white balls and the Powerball.

Powerball is offered in 44 States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

The drawing for the jackpot will take be broadcast live on WABC-7 at 10:59 p.m. on Saturday.

If no Saturday's drawing doesn't produce a victor, the jackpot will roll over once again to Wednesday.
