Confirmed! Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan pair up for Imtiaz Ali's next

Even Kriti Sanon has gone a step up over her debut flick Heropanti and the collections are actually way beyond Bareilly Ki Barfi. Now, as per the latest reports flowing in, the hot duo is pairing up for Imtiaz Ali's next rom-com. The film follows the journey of Guddu, a television reporter in Mathura, who falls in love with a headstrong woman Rashmi and their romantic yet hilarious experiment of having a live-in relationship.

"Kartik, Sara and Randeep have been doing readings for a while now and the film is ready to go on the floors".

"Unlike Imtiaz's previous two films - "Jab Harry Met Sejal" and "Tamasha" - which were set in foreign locales, this one will be shot in Punjab and Delhi", said a source.

' Luka Chuppi', directed by Laxman Utekar and stars Kartik Aaryan, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles, is proving that romance is still the flavour of the season.

The movie hit the theatres yesterday on March 1 and Kriti Sanon reached a multiplex in the suburbs of Mumbai to gauge the audience's reaction.

The report also stated that Total Dhamaal which is now in its second week may also impact the box office performance of the new films.
