Former Congressman on Kevin Spacey Accuser’s Death: ‘Frank Underwood Returns’

The massage therapist who sued Kevin Spacey for sexual assault has died, according to court records.

The anonymous man's death was discovered by the media after Spacey's lawyers filed a "notice of statement noting plaintiff's death".

The document states that the unidentified masseur's attorney contacted Spacey's legal team last week to report the death.

"No further information or details have been given to Mr. Fowler's counsel, but Plaintiff's counsel stated they meant to notify the Court with additional information at an appropriate time in the future", the filing said, referring to Spacey by his real name, Kevin Fowler.

The therapist filed his lawsuit past year, alleging the House of Cards actor hired him for an October 2016 appointment at a private residence in Malibu and then grabbed his hand and pulled it toward his crotch to force a sex act.

The accuser, whose identity was hidden from Spacey in a lawsuit, claimed the actor made made him touch his genitals while performing a massage.

The therapist alleged that Spacey grabbed the plaintiff's hand and pulled it toward his crotch to force a sex act.

The alleged underlying incident was too old to consider any charges, prosecutors said.

Spacey saw criminal charges of felony indecent assault and battery against him dropped earlier this year in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Her cousin, Cindy Culkin, told RadarOnline, "Linda was one of the first to accuse Kevin Spacey of attacking young men, and I find it very odd that you don't hear anything more about her accident - or about the person who hit her".

The Cape and Islands district attorney said in a filing obtained by The News that the case was scrapped "due to the unavailability of the complaining witness."

The busboy chose to plead the Fifth Amendment when Spacey's lawyers questioned him regarding allegedly deleted Snapchat messages that could have proved their sexual encounter was consensual.

Spacey denied engaging in any wrongful or unlawful conduct.

"This entire case is completely compromised", Spacey's lawyers said at the time.
