The rest of the players were selected on Wednesday. He played for University of Washington in college, earning All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention in 2012. Each is considered his team's presumptive starter.

Other quarterbacks assigned to teams in the eight-team league include Oklahoma's Landry Jones (Dallas Renegades), Temple's Phillip Walker (Houston Roughnecks), Texas A&M Commerce's Luis Perez (LA Wildcats), Penn State's Matt McGloin (New York Guardians), Mississippi's Jordan Ta'amu (St. Louis BattleHawks), Troy's Brandon Silvers (Seattle Dragons) and Georgia's Aaron Murphy (Tampa Bay Vipers).

St. Louis Battlehawks: Jordan Ta'amu, a starter at MS for two seasons who went undrafted by the National Football League in 2019.

It's great news for Kikaha, who becomes the first defensive player to join the XFL's outpost in Dallas.

The XFL will resume their draft tomorrow after choosing to break it up into five phases - offensive skill players, offensive line, defensive front seven, secondary, open draft (the rest) - stretched out over two days.

JMU AthleticsJames Madison product Rashard Davis was the No. 1 overall offensive skill player (WR-RB-TE and non-allotted QBs) taken in Tuesday's XFL Draft. He spent time on practice squads for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets during each of the last two years and was signed to a reserve/future deal by the Jets last December, but was cut by the team before the 2019 season.

Players will be paid base salaries of $2,080 every two weeks, according to information distributed this month to agents and confirmed by a source. Teams will hold minicamps and training camps after the XFL Draft concludes, then start the regular season shortly after the NFL's Super Bowl.
