Quarantine Slaps: Childish Gambino aka Donald Glover Drops Surprise Collection Of Music

Glover has long said that his last tour and a then unfinished album would be his final as his alter-ego, Childish Gambino, though the tour was delayed many times and an album never materialized. Over at DonaldGloverPresents.com, there's a mysterious new batch of songs playing on a loop. The design of the site seems to feature a rough sketch of some album art, which suggests a new album from Glover is imminent.

Aside from making music, Glover has also been hard at work on the third season of his hit TV show Atlanta; however, production has reportedly halted in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

For the first time since his 2018 EP Summer Pack, Donald Glover has released new music, an untitled album-length project that appeared on a secret website.

Although the LP has not been released under Glover's Childish Gambino monicker, it does include Gambino's previously released 2018 single "Feels Like Summer", as well as "Warlords" - which debuted during Gambino's Coachella show previous year - and 2019 single "Algorhythm" which he shared via an augmented reality app. The album title is not known yet, however, Glover has shared artwork for the project, a four-panel illustration depicting the world on fire - check it out below.

Other artists featured on the album include 21 Savage, Ariana Grande and SZA, Billboard reported. What more do you want?
