Chris Cuomo on 'freaky' coronavirus symptoms: 'I was up all night'

Chris Cuomo is on the front lines battling the deadly Coronavirus from his home.

Earlier this week, one of his colleagues, Chris Cuomo, announced that he had tested positive but continued to anchor. She explained that she has been social distancing and "doing ALL the things we're being told to do".

"Daily ICU admissions is down a little bit, but you had more deaths, you had more people coming into hospitals, than any other night", Cuomo said. "My dad was talking to me", he continued, referring to Mario Cuomo, former NY governor, who died in 2015. "I couldn't protect my own brother, even with all he knows and as smart as he is, he got it".

Baldwin concluded by saying she "adored" Bill Withers and is listening to the singer-songwriter on repeat. "I think we have to be very careful with people who attack despair", he said.

Speaking via video conference, the younger Cuomo said that he also had visions of the Empire State's current governor during a fever dream.

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo is revealing his excruciating experience with COVID-19.

Despite trading a healthy dose of brotherly barbs throughout the talk, the pair ended the call with a pair of "I love you" s. Honestly, I feel like one of the lucky ones.

"I'm eating and drinking constantly, I'm just sweating it out, and it's the sickness. the idea that it's easy so you can be nonchalant, that is so misleading". I do know you're a warrior, however you're allowed to take a day without work.

CNN prime-time host Chris Cuomo also has COVID-19, and twice this week did shows remotely from the basement of his home. Cuomo said: "Between the hits and in between when I'm doing the show, I'm a waste".

"So the sun comes up, I'm awake-I was up all night".

"I wish I could have gotten this sooner so I could have told this stuff to people a month and a half ago and we could have broken this bubble that everything's going to be okay", he added.
