EA Completely Fumbles Its Madden NFL 21 Xbox Series X Reveal

Fortunately, plenty of other major publishers are participating in Xbox Smart Delivery, so a number of games will just upgrade when you are ready to make the jump to a newer console. However, while Ubisoft disappointed, there were still plenty of good games shown with the reveal of The Medium being particularly exciting. I (personally) want a reason to upgrade, not to be stuck in a limbo between this generation and the next. "More so than the 4K resolution, having the game run at 60fps with a certain visual fidelity is imperative for us as developers". After all, the Xbox Series X price is likely going to be expensive.

That then led to a series of concept designs for the console to be created, with each trying to visualise what the new PlayStation would look like, culminating just a few days ago with this heart-stoppingly lovely system.

Expect more in-depth looks at each of these titles very soon.

Here's a closer look at some of the 13 titles announced for Xbox Series X. Dirt 5 will also offer four-player split-screen, even in Career, unheard of in modern racing games.

It is unclear if Destiny 2 will take advantage of Xbox's Smart Delivery, which allows those who already own a specific title to upgrade to the next-gen version at no additional cost.

If you're out of the loop on what Smart Delivery is, no problem: we've got you covered.

Microsoft conducted an Inside Xbox episode yesterday for the Xbox Series X and it was disappointing for some thanks to the lack of gameplay in a "gameplay trailer" for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. However, unlike Microsoft's smart delivery system, EA will be doing things differently, meaning there is a catch.

No need to say, this one is one of the next-gen high-tech gaming consoles that is waiting for its 2020 launch.

All of these games will be available within the first few months of the Xbox Series X being launched, the company said. It feels a bit like Microsoft has shot itself in the foot and is taking away my desire to upgrade. Well, we hope Microsoft's learned a valuable lesson from its first Inside Xbox live stream, and that is to bring the gameplay.
