Chelsea winger Willian has concrete offers from two Premier League clubs

With Chelsea set to compete in the UEFA Champions League next season, and having already confirmed two big signings, here is the latest transfer news surrounding the Blues, including seven players who could leave the club and six more stars they could sign.

The 24-year-old's services were in high demand this year, but Chelsea pulled off a major coup by convincing him to move to west London. Frank Lampard simply shook hands with Nuno Espirito Santo and then walked on to the Stamford Bridge pitch to do something he's had surprisingly few chances to do this season: congratulate his players on a convincing, drama-free home win.

He told Chelsea's website: "I know of the players before when they won the Champions League with Drogba, with my new manager Frank Lampard, Petr Cech as the technical advisor".

With his side needing only a point to finish in the top four, boss Frank Lampard dropped keeper Kepa Arrizabalga, who was replaced by Willy Caballero. "We have one huge game next weekend and all I can think of now is the next thing".

"He knows me now a little bit better and it fits very well between us and now I am happy to be here".

Werner finished his RB Leipzig career as the club's record scorer, racking up 95 goals.

While Werner understands the demands of the English top flight, he also believes his attributes are suited to the Premier League.

"It is another league in another country so I can improve myself and go to another level, so those are the reasons I came to the Premier League and to Chelsea". "He's always been very much [in] the same mode".

Kante has been struggling with a hamstring injury he suffered against Watford, but trained again with the first team on Tuesday and hopes to prove his fitness in time to take part in the Cup final.
