Drug Case: NCB May Summon Deepika If Needed; Jaya Saha Quizzed

Repeat after me, depression is a effect of drug abuse. A news channel reported that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) found that she had chatted with her manager Karishma allegedly asking her to bring drugs.

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut is hitting out at Deepika Padukone once again and slamming her over previous statements regarding her mental health. Her name has emerged amidst NCB's probe of the drug nexus in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. The latter has been reportedly summoned by the NCB for interrogation.

Meanwhile, as per a report by Times Now, Deepika Padukone has got in touch with her legal team in Delhi after the emergence of her name in the drug angle. However, given the present circumstances, she is likely to leave Goa soon.

It was yesterday when actress Deepika Padukone's name surfaced in her alleged WhatsApp chats with manager Karishma Prakash in 2017. According to NCB sources, the agency has also acquired chats between Jaya Saha and Karishma in which they are discussing drugs.

Another talent manager of the A-list Kwan talent management agency, Jaya Saha, was interrogated for four hours on Monday.

The NCB has already arrested Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Sushant's house manager Samuel Miranda, personal staff Dipesh Sawant and over 15 others in the case so far. Besides the CBI and the ED, NCB is the third agency to probe into the death case of Sushant.
