Company issues lifetime ban after man jumps from cruise ship

"This was stupid and reckless behavior, and he and his companions have been banned from ever sailing with us again", a spokesperson tells Yahoo Lifestyle.

"Full send", Naydev captioned the video, later telling Fox 13 that he estimated the drop to be about 100 feet.

Nick Naydev's friends may be laughing in the video, but Royal Caribbean doesn't think he's so amusing.

Although Naydev's post doesn't capture anything that happened after the fall, a comment clarifies that he was picked up by a small boat and brought onto the ship by cops to gather his things and leave.

"I am truly astonished at how this video has spread throughout the Internet", Naydev explained.

Reaction to the video was swift, judging by the comments posted to Instagram.

A cruise line has banned a drunk daredevil from ever traveling with them again after he jumped off an 11th floor deck for a dare.

Naydev, a former gym coach, did not immediately respond to messages for comment about the jump but said on social media that he "never felt more alive".

"I just hope I don't inspire anyone to try this, because I don't want to feel responsible for any injuries".

"He's jumped from those kind [s] of heights before, and we didn't really care about the consequences with the cruise company", said Konstantin Kryachun, the friend who filmed the jump.

'When the cops showed up they were super chil (sic) and actually laughed at the video, ' he wrote on Instagram.

Royal Caribbean tells PEOPLE they will be "exploring legal action" against Naydev and his friends.

However, the video still remains on his Instagram account and has been viewed almost 85,000 times. "I did not think this through before I jumped", Naydev admitted in a statement to several news stations. Naydev survived the plunge, but he joked that he "could barely walk for 3 days" because of a sore tailbone and neck, reports Fox News.

The video has since gone viral, racking up thousands of views.
