Cambodia bans cruise ships, fearing spread of COVID-19

Federal Transport Minister Marc Garneau says cruise ships carrying more than 500 people will not be allowed to dock in Canada until at least July 1.

Cruise Industry News said Canada has delayed the start of the cruise ship season until July.

Most Alaskan cruises depart from USA ports, but laws require all ships flying a foreign flag - and that is most cruise ships - to call on a foreign port before returning to a port in the country of origin.
